About an order you've placed
Quote your order reference — it begins SAS and is in your confirmation email. That email also contains a link to your order's own page, which updates itself as the job moves through the workshop, so it is worth looking there first.
Before you order
If the question is “will this cut?”, send the file. That is a two-minute answer for us and it saves you ordering something that was never going to peel cleanly. The artwork guide covers most of it.
Something bigger than the calculator
The shop covers stickers up to 290 mm. We are a full print shop behind the scenes, so if you want something larger, on a different material, or in a quantity that deserves a proper quote, email us and a human will price it.
Who you're dealing with
Shape & Stick is a trading name of 1 Stop Print Limited, a print shop in Ilford, east London, trading since 2008. Everything is printed and contour-cut in-house — the stickers are made by the same people who answer the phone.
