Placing an order
An order is a contract once we've taken payment and sent you a confirmation email. Until then, nothing is binding on either of us — a basket is not an order.
We may decline an order. In practice that happens for two reasons: the artwork is something we won't print (see below), or the job can't physically be made as specified. If we decline, you're refunded in full.
Prices and VAT
Every price shown includes VAT at the prevailing rate. The price you see when you add something to your basket is the price you pay; delivery is shown separately before you commit.
If a price is obviously wrong — a decimal point in the wrong place — we'll contact you rather than take your money, and you can confirm at the correct price or have a full refund.
Your artwork
You keep every right in your artwork. We use your file to make your order and for nothing else. We don't sell it, license it, or put it in a portfolio without asking you first.
By ordering, you confirm you're entitled to have the artwork printed — that it's yours, or you have permission. We can't check that, and we rely on you. If a rights holder comes to us about something you asked us to print, that's a matter you'll need to resolve.
We won't print material that is illegal, that incites hatred or violence, or that we judge would put our staff in an uncomfortable position. That last one is a judgement call and we won't pretend otherwise; if we decline, you get a full refund and no lecture.
Proofs and approval
If you ask for a proof, nothing is printed until you approve it. Once you approve it, that's the artwork we make — including any spelling, phone number or web address in it, which are yours to check and not ours.
If you don't ask for a proof, we print the file as supplied.
Turnaround and delivery
Turnaround times are working days, and they are estimates rather than guarantees. Production starts once payment has cleared and — if you asked for one — you've approved your proof. We'll tell you if something is running late.
Once a parcel has left us the timing belongs to the carrier, and we can't accept liability for delays outside our control: courier problems, weather, or industrial action. Full delivery information.
Cancelling and returns
Custom-made goods are exempt from the usual 14-day right to change your mind, and stickers cut to your own artwork are about as custom as goods get. Once a job is in production we can't take it back, because it's of no use to anyone else.
That doesn't affect your rights if something is wrong. If we print it badly, cut it wrong, or it arrives damaged, tell us within 14 days with a photo and we'll reprint or refund it. Nothing here limits your statutory rights.
If you catch a mistake before we've started, email us straight away — we'll usually be able to stop it.
If something goes wrong
Our liability will not exceed the value of the order supplied. In practice that means putting it right: a reprint, or a refund of what you paid.
We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses — a missed event, a delayed product launch, lost profit — which is why it's worth telling us if a deadline is tight so we can be honest about whether we'll make it.
Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Those cannot be excluded and we don't try to.
Your data
We keep what we need to fulfil your order and meet our accounting obligations, and we don't sell it to anyone. What the website stores.
The law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
