Delivery and turnaround
Two numbers matter: how long we take to make it, and how long the post takes after that.
Making it
Counted in working days from the moment your order is paid for, not from when it's dispatched:
- Paper — 2 working days
- Vinyl — 3 working days
- Clear vinyl — 4 working days
Clear vinyl takes longest because it is the fussiest to weed: without a white face there is far less contrast between the sticker and the waste, so it is slower work by hand.
Asking for a proof adds 2 working days, plus however long you take to approve it. More on proofs.
Posting it
Delivery is £5.99, free over £100.00, anywhere in the UK.
Small orders go as a large letter, which fits through most letterboxes. Bigger ones go as a parcel and may need signing for. Either way you'll get an email the moment it leaves us, with a tracking reference if the service we used has one — not every large-letter service does, and we would rather say so than invent a number.
Where your order is
Every order has a page of its own. The link is in your confirmation email, and it updates itself as the job moves through the workshop — you'll see it change from queued to printing to posted without having to ask anyone.
In a hurry
Tell us before you order rather than after. We print and cut everything ourselves in London, so we can sometimes move a job up the queue — but only if we know about it while there is still a queue to move it up. Get in touch.
Outside the UK
The checkout is set up for UK addresses. If you want stickers sent elsewhere, email us with the quantity, size and destination and we'll quote the postage properly.
If something's wrong when it arrives
Tell us within a fortnight and send a photo. If we cut it wrong, printed it wrong, or it arrived damaged, we reprint it — no argument. If the file you approved was wrong, we'll tell you what a reprint costs; that is what the free proof exists to prevent.
